(TSI) is a US based company and global leader in surgical access systems with a specialty focus on spine, neuro, orthopedic and cardiothoracic surgery.Position Objective(The purpose of role in current business/market scenario)The IT Helpdesk Support Analyst will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users across multiple locations. This role is responsible for user account setup, access management, troubleshooting end-user issues, and supporting core IT systems under the direction of the US-based IT Manager and in coordination with the parent company’s IT and security teams.This position focuses on support and execution, not system ownership. The analyst will follow established procedures, escalate appropriately, and help ensure stable, secure, and reliable IT operations.Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations) End-User Support (Level 1 & Level 2)-Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Troubleshoot Windows-based desktops, hosted/virtual desktops, and standard business applications.Support remote users using approved remote-access tools.Document issues, resolutions, and escalations in the helpdesk ticketing system.Escalate Level 3 or infrastructure-related issues to the IT Manager or parent company teams.User Account & Access Management-Create, modify, and disable user accounts based on approved requests.Manage access permissions for systems, applications, and hosted desktops.Support onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with HR and IT.Follow identity and access management (IAM) and security policies.
