Job Description:College Sathi is seeking freshers and students currently pursuing graduation or post-graduation for the Inside Sales Specialist role. The specialist will engage with prospective students, understand their learning needs, and promote and sell online courses on behalf of partnered educational institutes, ensuring a smooth and effective counseling and enrollment experience.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Course SalesConnect with students and working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.Counsel students on online courses offered by partner institutes.Understand student profiles, career goals, and eligibility to recommend suitable programs.Explain course features, institute credentials, duration, fees, and certification details.Lead Management & ConversionHandle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital channels.Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for online course admissions.Business Development (Institute Programs)Represent multiple educational institutes and their online offerings.Ensure accurate communication of institute guidelines and course policies.Achieve enrollment and revenue targets assigned for partner programs.CRM & DocumentationUpdate all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.Maintain accurate student and enrollment records.Share feedback on student objections and market trends with the team.Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with institute partners for onboarding, documentation, and confirmations.Ensure adherence to ethical counseling practices and company policies.Support students through the enrollment and initial onboarding process.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and counseling skillsSales-oriented mindset with a student-first approachAbility to sell online courses from multiple institutesObjection handling and follow-up disciplineFamiliarity with CRM tools and virtual sellingEducational QualificationsGraduate in any disciplineMBA / Education / Sales background preferred
