We manage corporate hospitality services including cafeterias, corporate guest houses, and catering partners to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service experience for employees, leadership, and visiting clients.Role SummaryWe are looking for Hotel Management Interns with a strong interest in Food Quality, Hygiene, and Service Excellence to support our corporate food services and hospitality operations. The intern will play a key role in monitoring food quality, hygiene compliance, vendor service standards, and guest satisfaction across cafeterias and guest houses, while coordinating with internal teams and external catering vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily quality checks on food served at cafeterias and guest houses (taste, freshness, portioning, presentation).Monitor and ensure food hygiene, safety standards, and cleanliness of kitchens, serving areas, and dining spaces.Perform vendor audits and service quality reviews for catering partners and food service providers.Track compliance with FSSAI guidelines, hygiene SOPs, and internal quality standards.Coordinate with catering vendors on menu quality, nutrition standards, delivery timelines, and service SLAs.Collect feedback from employees and guests on food quality, taste, and service experience and support continuous improvement actions.Assist in documenting quality observations, non-compliance issues, corrective actions, and follow-ups.Support guest house hospitality operations related to meal services and dining arrangements.Prepare basic reports/dashboards on food quality scores, vendor performance, and recurring issues.Support internal audits, surprise checks, and service quality improvement initiatives.Eligibility & SkillsStudents or fresh graduates from Hotel Management / Catering Technology / Hospitality / Food & Beverage Management backgrounds.Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control practices (HACCP / FSSAI awareness preferred).Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.Willingness to work in an operational environment with occasional site visits across cafeterias/guest houses.What You Will GainExperience in vendor audits, food quality control, hygiene compliance, and service operations.Understanding of enterprise-level hospitality standards and audit processes.Internship certificate and potential pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.
