This role will work closely with the Training Manager and various internal stakeholders to coordinate, track, and streamline all training activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, operationally efficient, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and data tracking skills. Your work will directly uplift hundreds of therapists, managers, and future spa leaders.Key Responsibilities 1. Training Operations & Coordination Schedule and coordinate training sessions (virtual & in-person) for spa managers, supervisors, and therapistsMaintain updated training calendars across geographies and formats (onboarding, refresher, upskilling)Track participant attendance, assessments, and certification statusCoordinate with city managers and spa managers to ensure participation and training readiness2. Documentation & Reporting Maintain training records, feedback forms, pre/post assessment data, and certification statusPrepare training reports for internal reviews – participation, impact, and improvement areasMaintain content repositories and support in updating training decks, SOPs, and video materialsEnsure training content is aligned with brand SOPs and operational updates3. Communication & Follow-ups Act as the point of contact for all training-related queries across spa locationsFollow up with spa teams for completion of e-learning or post-training activitiesSupport the Training Manager in planning monthly/quarterly review calls or knowledge sessions4.
