This role requires strong execution, effective stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to broader HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining closuresDrive high-volume hiring while adhering to defined timelines and SLAsPartner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements, priorities, and workforce plansProactively source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesManage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experienceCoordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and smooth schedulingSupport offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordinationMaintain accurate hiring data, trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reportsReview and update job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business needsContribute to HR initiatives and projects such as process improvements, employer branding, diversity hiring, and reportingHandle multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentSkills and Qualification Required:Bachelor's Degree Required1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in startups)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholdersFamiliarity with sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platformsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsInterest and willingness to take on HR projects beyond core recruitment responsibilitiesAbility to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentAvailability for a 6-month contractual engagement - Immediate Joiners PreferredEmeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.In press:
