At Skyhigh Security, our recruiters play a critical role in shaping the company’s future by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent that strengthens our capabilities and accelerates business growth.Reporting to the APJ Talent Acquisition Leader, this hands-on recruiting role leads hiring efforts across India and the Asia Pacific (APJ) region.We’re looking for an experienced, business-facing talent acquisition professional who can partner with executives and hiring leaders across engineering, GTM, marketing, support, and leadership functions, while driving a recruitment strategy focused on quality, speed, and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoStrategic Partnership & Talent PlanningPartner with regional hiring managers, executives, and business leaders to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans.Act as the primary TA advisor in the region, guiding talent availability, market intelligence, forecasting, and hiring strategy.Drive continuous improvement across hiring processes, reporting, and data visibility.Full-Cycle Recruiting OwnershipLead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and geographies, including engineering, sales, GTM, marketing, and support.Deliver predictable hiring metrics across time-to-accept (TTA), time-to-fill (TTF), pipeline health, and acceptance ratios.Own candidate experience and hiring manager engagement from intake through offer close.Sourcing & Market IntelligenceDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies that elevate talent quality and increase efficiency.Leverage data mining, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms to build strong pipelines.Map talent markets and bring competitive insights back to the business to create strategic hiring advantage.Coaching & InfluenceCoach hiring managers on sourcing strategies, professional networking, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation.Standardize and elevate interview practices using structured methodologies.Set a strong example in diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts.Program DevelopmentCollaborate in the design and execution of recruiting initiatives such as internships, apprenticeship programs, mentorship initiatives, and targeted hiring campaigns.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a recruiter who operates with urgency, thrives in fast-paced growth environments, and confidently influences senior leaders.Experience & Background6–9 years of overall recruitment experience.3–6 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably from a Cloud Security and Networking background.Experience in a contingency or retained search firm environment is a plus.Deep experience hiring for technology, engineering, and/or GTM roles across India and APJ.Experience in Campus Initiative or keen to explore.Experience in high-growth environments preferred.Skills & CapabilitiesStrong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Proven expertise in hiring for engineering, sales, and support roles—including senior leadership.Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri) and data-driven recruitment practices.Experience with structured interview methodologies (Topgrading, Korn Ferry, ICCE).Metrics-driven approach to hiring performance.Strong working knowledge of Workday (or similar ATS) and Google tools.High learning agility and desire for continuous growth.What Success Looks LikePredictable hiring outcomes.Strong hiring manager trust and partnership.High-quality, diverse pipelines.Continuous improvement in recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
