The ideal candidate should be organized, confidential, and capable of supporting the company’s HR and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Support recruitment and interview coordinationManage employee onboarding and documentationMaintain attendance and HR recordsEnsure HR compliance and policies implementationAssist in employee engagement and HR operationsRequirements:Minimum 3+ years of HR experienceStrong communication skills (English required, Kannada/Hindi preferred)Proficiency in MS OfficeGood organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to handle confidential informationMust be comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
