Job Summary:As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, working alongside cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users at a consulting level. Your expertise will be crucial in SAP FICO implementations, focusing on Financial Accounting & Controlling within the S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 environments.Key Responsibilities:• Engage with client(s) cross-functional teams, IT development team, and business users to gather and analyze user requirements.• Lead full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including project design, customization, and configuration in both S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 environments.• Execute SAP Finance and Controlling implementations, customizations, and configurations.• Ensure seamless integration of FICO modules with other SAP ERP modules, aligning with business requirements.• Conduct structured testing with internal teams and users, guaranteeing the solution's stability and facilitating ongoing enhancements.Provide comprehensive post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies.• Oversee and potentially lead a team of consultants across various modules, promoting teamwork and collaboration (if applicable).Qualifications:• Extensive experience in SAP FICO with a robust understanding of both S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 platforms.• Demonstrated track record with full lifecycle SAP implementations, including project design, customization, and configuration.• Proficient in analyzing user requirements and converting them into effective technical solutions.• Deep knowledge of the integration points between FICO and other SAP ERP modules.• Proven ability to conduct structured testing and manage post-implementation support activities. • Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams (if applicable).• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.• Experience in SAP IDOCS and API mapping and set up for Invoice receipt, Stock activities, Inventory report, Remittance advice• Banking interfaces for Cash management.• Procure to pay three-way match for invoice processing.• Intercompany finance process and SAP config and IDOC set ups.• Capability to navigate a fast-paced, global environment and juggle multiple projects concurrently.*CA/ICWA Qualified.*SAP Fico Certification required.
