The candidate who will be joining this profile will be acting like a sales manager - but instead of people he/she will have many different AI agents reporting to him/her.It's a very new kind of role and a glimpse of what the future of sales looks like. At steady state, you will be closing 10x what a sales rep closes without AI, but without too much hustle and breaking of work-life balance.What an ideal candidate looks like?For this role, we are not looking for any kind of experience. As long as hunger is there, we think that is good. In fact too much experience might even be a handicap towards adopting new technology.
