Job Title: Sr. Executive – Presales (Vending - Food & Beverage)Department: Pre-Sales / Bid ManagementLocation: Remote, IndiaExperience: 5–8 Years (preferred in Vending - Food & Beverage)Timings:- Late Evening / Night Shift (US Shift)Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and analytical Sr. Executive – Presales to support end-to-end bid management, proposal development, and solutioning initiatives. The role involves analyzing client requirements, designing data-driven digital solutions, supporting commercial structuring, and leveraging MIS and analytics to strengthen business cases and competitive positioning.This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business data into compelling proposals and presentations.Key Responsibilities1. RFP/RFI Analysis & Proposal DevelopmentAnalyze client requirements outlined in RFPs, RFIs, and bid documents.Support development of customized, best-fit proposals aligned with client objectives.Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial, and submission requirements.2. Client Due Diligence & Gap AnalysisConduct research on the client’s current digital ecosystem and online presence.Perform detailed gap analysis and identify opportunities for digital and data-led improvements.Translate findings into actionable solution recommendations.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Presales, Product, and Technology teams (onshore and offshore) to design competitive digital solutions.Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely submission of high-quality bids.Support internal reviews and compliance checks.4. Solution Presentations & DocumentationPrepare solution presentations, bid-defense decks, and executive summaries.Clearly articulate digital strategies, technical capabilities, and value propositions.Assist in client meetings and bid-defense discussions.5. Scope Definition & Commercial StructuringAssist in preparing detailed project scope and deliverables.Support development of Bill of Materials (BOM) and customized pricing models.Ensure proposals are commercially viable and aligned with client needs.6. Market & Competitive AnalysisConduct competitive analysis and monitor emerging digital and analytics trends.Support benchmarking of competitor offerings and pricing strategies.Present insights to internal teams and clients when required.7. Post-Award SupportAssist in post-award activities including competitor analysis and documentation support.Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to execution.Maintain documentation and records for future reference and audits. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Analytics, or related field.Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Proposal Management, MIS, and Data Analytics.Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Ability to interpret data and convert insights into compelling business narratives.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
