We offer competitive compensation; comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment focused on professional growth.Objectives of this roleDeveloping and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees, reputation, and facilities.Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches, and ensuring all appropriate measures to mitigate them.Develop and execute risk base executive protection strategies focused on CEO and Senior Leadership.Directing, developing, and managing a team of security personnel, including performance management.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.Conducting regular security assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps, areas for improvement and best practices.Maintaining and updating emergency response plans, ensuring all employees know their roles and responsibilities.Collaborating and strong liaison with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security measures and respond to incidents.Fostering a culture of security awareness and training employees on security protocols and procedures.Your tasksDevelop and implement extensive security plans, policies, and procedures to protect personnel, reputation, assets and information.Lead and develop a global team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.Collaborate with internal departments, such as Legal and Cyber Security, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions.Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security capabilities.Educate employees on security awareness, policies and procedures through training programs and communication initiatives.Stay informed about the latest security technologies, trends and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for enhancements to the security program.Required skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree; preferred in security management, criminal justice or a related field.10 years of experience in security management, law enforcement or the armed forces, with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software and other security-related equipment, such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance.Highly experienced in special event and meeting security planning and execution.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs.Familiarity with laws, regulations and industry standards pertaining to security and safety in India.Highly experienced in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse security team.Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Company cultural alignment, self-driven, team player, high integrity, ability to operate under tough environmental conditions, agile and to meet objectives during challenging times.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.History of and ability to develop and maintain strong liaisons with Local, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies and have a working knowledge of pertinent criminal statutes as they relate to any criminal investigation.Preferred skills and qualificationsRelevant professional certifications in security management or related areas, like Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Security Manager (CSM).Knowledge of and ability to execute emergency response planning and incident management.Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies.Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.Training or experience in emergency response and crisis management.
