About the Role Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical and electro-mechanical systems for advanced equipment and subsystems. Own the complete electrical lifecycle from concept architecture to productization, including design, validation, build support, and installation. Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and system interface documentation. Design and integrate power distribution, control panels, and machine wiring. Integrate subsystems such as RF power, heaters, temperature controllers, motion systems, and field instrumentation. Define grounding, shielding, and EMI mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with SEMI, CE, IEC, and applicable safety standards. Perform electrical load calculations, cable sizing, and power analysis. Develop test plans and support system validation and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for manufacturability and cost optimization. Deliver engineering documentation including schematics, interlocks, BOMs, risk assessments, and design reviews. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers. Support equipment build, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and field integration. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of electrical design experience in industrial or semiconductor equipment. Proficiency in EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of panel design and power distribution systems. Experience with PLC hardware and field I/O integration. Understanding of grounding, shielding, and EMI/EMC practices. Experience designing safety circuits and interlocks. Strong documentation and design ownership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RF or high-frequency power systems. Exposure to plasma, heater, or thermal control subsystems. Familiarity with SEMI S2 / CE compliance. Experience in equipment commissioning and site support. Collaboration experience with global OEMs or suppliers. Email:
