We are leading India’s agricultural revolution through innovation, community and technology.About the role:We are hiring a Agricultural Scriptwriter & Researcher to own the complete learning design for Indian Farmer courses. This role starts with ground-level research and ends with a fully delivered, execution-ready course. You will decide what is taught, why it is taught, how it is structured, and how it translates into real-world action for farmers. This is an end-to-end ownership role covering research, curriculum design, post-shoot review, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Research farmer problems through field exposure, direct conversations and data. Translate research into a clear curriculum vision, learning outcomes, and structured course flow.Design end-to-end curriculum including modules, lessons, assignments, checklists, frameworks, summaries, and execution guides.Write detailed shoot notes or scripts for instructors and be involved during shoots to ensure curriculum intent is correctly executed.Review the complete course post-edit, identify gaps, and recommend improvements before launch.Continuously refine courses based on learner behavior, feedback, and execution outcomes.Own curriculum systems for the domain, including SOPs, research templates, curriculum frameworks, and documentation standards.Write copy for all course-related communication, including landing pages, ads, and supporting course material.Qualifications:Strong agriculture or farming background with real-world, ground-level understanding.Proven experience in curriculum design, training programs, or structured learning creation.Clear, simple writing style focused on teaching and execution, not entertainment.Comfortable writing scripts, shoot notes, and structured learning material consistently.Strong written and spoken command of English and Hindi.
