Role SummaryWe’re looking for a high-calibre Chartered Accountant to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role offers strong exposure to business leadership and plays a key part in driving financial discipline, insights, and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning, Budgeting & ForecastingPrepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plansTrack actuals vs budget and analyse variances with actionable insightsSupport scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for business decisionsMIS & Performance AnalyticsDevelop and maintain monthly MIS packs for management and investorsMonitor key KPIs, margins, working capital, and cash flowsProvide product / customer / subsidiary / geography-wise profitability analysisBusiness PartneringWork closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support revenue planning and cost optimisationAssist in pricing analysis, contribution margin analysis, and cost-benefit evaluationsSupport strategic initiatives, new business launches, and expansion plansFinancial Modelling & Decision SupportBuild and maintain financial models for business cases, capex proposals, and investmentsAssist in valuation, deal analysis, and diligence support (where applicable)Controls & Process ImprovementSupport month-end close from an FP&A perspective and ensure data accuracyImprove reporting processes, automation, and data integrityEnsure alignment with internal controls and finance policiesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong command over Excel / financial modellingWorking knowledge of PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate numbers into business insightsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mindset and execution orientation QualificationsChartered Accountant (CA)2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business financePrior experience in healthcare / consumer / PE-backed environment is a plusWhat We OfferHigh exposure to business leadership and strategic decision-makingOpportunity to work in a fast-growing, professionally managed environmentCompetitive compensation
