The role involves overseeing the end-to-end implementation and integration of Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and mapping business processes, configuring SIM applications to meet client needs, collaborating with teams to define system integrations, and providing consulting services. Expertise in Business Processes and Consulting with a focus on Oracle Retail SIM solutionsLead and support end-to-end Oracle SIM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Work extensively on SIM Version 16, covering store inventory processes and enhancements.Configure SIM modules related to inventory adjustments, stock counts, transfers, receiving, RTV, and store operations.Collaborate with RMS, ReSA, RPM, and other Oracle Retail modules for seamless process integration.Support and monitor RIB integrations and ensure accurate data flow between SIM, RMS, and downstream systems.Perform UAT, SIT, and production support, including issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.Work closely with business users to optimize store inventory processes and improve operational efficiency.
