Job DescriptionSales Manager   We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager  to lead business development activities in the Testing & Analytical Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service industry sales, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in testing and analytical services Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations Negotiate contracts and close deals independently Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records Salary : Rs.35,000 -  Rs. 70,000  Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience  in the service industry  (Food, Pharma, Chemical testing, analytical, laboratory, inspection, certification, or related fields preferred) Proven ability to work as an individual contributor Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Good understanding of B2B sales processes Ability to join immediately # How to Apply: Interested candidate can share their CV or contact us directly at  / Please share the details as well : Total Experience : Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period : Additional InformationDesired Skills Client-focused and result-oriented mindset Strong networking and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Willingness to travel as required
