Job Title: Internship (Paid)Reporting to: Head/ Program ManagerExperience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)Location: Goa (Currently enrolled/fresh graduate)Employment Type: Full-Time Internship (Internship Certificate and stipend)Languages Required: Konkani, Marathi, English and Hindi.Role SummaryThe Intern will support the implementation of various programs by assisting with project coordination, communication, and field activities. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience for students passionate about education, youth development, and community engagement. Intern will play a key role in supporting on-ground initiatives, documenting progress, and ensuring the smooth execution of program activities.About The Deltin Foundation drives sustainable social impact across Goa through its key programs focused on education, health, animal welfare, and community development. Program Shiksha is a holistic initiative aimed at strengthening foundational education through improved infrastructure, learning resources, trained educators, and scholarships, while also equipping older students with vocational, life, and entrepreneurial skills. Program Arogyam promotes health and well-being by focusing on preventive healthcare, hygiene awareness, and nutrition support for children, youth, and mothers. Program Karuna is dedicated to animal welfare, working to ensure access to care, promote compassion, and foster a humane coexistence. Program Unnati supports marginalised communities through targeted interventions that promote inclusive growth, access to essential resources, and improved quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram SupportAssist the Head/Program Manager and field team with day-to-day project coordination, logistics, and planning across institutions and partner sites.Communication & OutreachHelp promote program activities, create awareness materials, and engage with students and communities through campus or local outreach.Documentation & ReportingSupport in collecting stories, photos, testimonials, and basic data from the field. Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal use.Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with teachers, doctors, department heads, students, and volunteers to ensure smooth delivery of sessions and timely follow-ups.Event AssistanceHelp organise and manage on-ground events, such as kit distribution, mentorship meetups, school visits, and health camps, under the guidance of the Program team.QualificationsA graduate from any college or university in Goa.Strong interest in education, social development, healthcare or youth programs.Comfortable using MS Office, Google Suite, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Availability depending on work requirements.Must have access to a personal laptop for documentation and online tasks.What You’ll GainCertificate of Internship from Deltin Foundation.Real-world experience in managing grassroots programs.Exposure to fieldwork, project planning, and reportingMentorship from a passionate and experienced team.Letter of Recommendation for Outstanding Performance.How to Apply: Please share a brief note about yourself (Cover letter) along with your CV or any relevant experience.
