The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, building client relationships, delivering product demos, and closing deals with educational institutions, academies, training centers, and other organizations looking to adopt AI in learning.You will act as the primary driver of revenue growth and market expansion for our AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell AI-enabled learning products and related solutions to educational organizations and enterprises.Identify and nurture new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.Understand customers’ operational and learning challenges position aaronic.ai solutions effectively.Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and presentations tailored to client needs.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, commercial terms, and contractual documents.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to market growth objectives.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.Maintain CRM records and track sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities meticulously.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging use cases of AI in education.Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in client interactions.Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, SaaS solutions, and technology products.Strong lead generation and follow-up capability.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable with targets, sales reporting, and performance metrics.Competent in using CRM, MS Office, and virtual demo platforms (Zoom/Teams).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.MBA (Marketing) or equivalent is an advantage.0–3 years of experience in IT/Software sales or technology product sales (preferred).Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably in EdTech or SaaS, will be considered a plus.Preferred Candidate Profile:Target-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven professional.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.Interest in AI, education technology, and digital transformation.Why Join Aaron Software Solutions?Be part of a fast-growing AI-powered edtech brand (aaronic.ai) driving innovation in learning.Opportunity to shape sales strategy and directly influence business growth.Collaborative, supportive, and performance-oriented work culture.Exposure to cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise sales experience.Send your CV
