Bluetooth L2 Triage Engineer (5–7 Years)We are looking for an experienced Bluetooth L2 Triage Engineer with deep expertise in Android devices, focusing on Bluetooth Classic, BLE, and LE Audio. The role requires strong log analysis, issue isolation, and triage ownership in a fast‑paced, Tier‑1 environment.Mandatory Skills5–7 years hands-on Bluetooth experience (Classic + BLE; LE Audio preferred)Strong L2 triage experience with proven root-cause analysisExpertise in Bluetooth protocols & logs: snoop logs, HCI traces, logcatDeep understanding of Classic BT profiles: A2DP, HFP/HSP, AVRCP (troubleshooting & analysis)Strong exposure to BLE (GATT, pairing, security, power)LE Audio familiarity (CIS/BIS, LC3, ASCS, CSIP)Android platform knowledge: framework, stack, controller interactionsAbility to differentiate issues across framework / stack / controller / firmwareExperience with connection failures, stability issues, audio routing, latency, concurrencyStrong debugging, communication, and ownership mindsetNice to HaveExperience with buds, wearables, headsetsVendor-specific Bluetooth stack/chipset exposureAudio pipelines, RF coexistence basicsExperience mentoring L1 engineers
