The candidate is expected to possess strong technical skills and contribute to the design and development of projects. Technical experience in below modules are required - Core HR, Payroll. Any of the following modules are preferred - Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Learning and ORC. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills and participated in at least two-three implementation projects.Responsibilities -Integration:- Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and tailor solutions to their needs.Candidate should be able to provide Best Practices, Coding/Naming Standards, Design Patterns, Environment Strategy, Security, Error Handling etc.Candidate should be able to use a functional specification and create technical specs and build code as per requirements.Candidate should be able to formulate a comprehensive Error Handling Framework/Strategy.Candidate should be familiar with test planning, execution and test result documentation activities [including Performance/Load Test]Candidate should be experienced in code migration and release management processes.Candidate should have ability to hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer.Candidate should be able to mentor junior team members.Data Conversion:- Create data conversion strategy for HR, Payroll, Benefits migration tailored to client needsExplain the HDL/HSDL architecture, walkthrough the delivered templates to customer and assist the customer in mapping legacy to Oracle Fusion application fields.documents – Work structures, Workers, Payroll objects and Balance conversionsCollaborate with the other project team members such as functional consultants to understand the impact of configurations on data conversion needs.Ability to write data extraction/transformation programs (using Oracle PL/SQL) to extract the data from legacy applications or transform the file provided by customer into HDL compatible format.Review and update the conversion runbook from time to timeTroubleshoot data conversion issues and provide resolution, data cleanup recommendations.Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for functional testing of data conversion and develop data reconciliation reports to ensure the legacy data has been converted correctly.Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve Issues raised during testing.Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.Create accelerators and tools to reduce time and effort on data migration/validation activities.Required Skills -Applicants should have knowledge on Core HR and Payroll Module such as Enterprise Structure, Employment Model, Payroll Processes and related backend tables, Webservices for interfacesApplicants should have knowledge/work experience on different SaaS Webservice like HCM Data Loader WS, Flow Action WS, BIP Webservices etc. Having knowledge on Oracle HCM REST APIs is Preferable.Applicants should have experience in SOA/Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ideally with integration to/from Oracle Cloud Applications.Candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle PAAS products like SOACS, OIC, MFTCS.SOACS - Extensive hands-on experience with BPEL/OSB/Mediator along with technology adapters like Database, File/FTP, JMS, REST/SOAP etc.OIC - Extensive hands-on experience with creating scheduled and realtime orchestration flows and SAAS adapters.
