Acting as an extension of your M&A team, Transacta Capital provides comprehensive advisory services to enable successful transactions and strategic growth. Role Description This is a full-time Associate role based on-site in India. The Associate will support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including market analysis, identifying potential targets, and conducting due diligence. Key responsibilities also include preparing financial models and reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and collaborating with clients to align transactions with business goals. The Associate will manage workflow efficiently and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for evaluating M&A opportunitiesExperience in market research, data analysis, and target identificationExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and reportingKnowledge in corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical toolsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectivelyBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldPrior experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance is considered a strong advantageUnderstanding of global markets, with an emphasis on regions such as the US, India, Latin America, and the Middle East
