The role includes recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining HR records using Odoo HRMS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules and a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & On boardingManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)Coordinate with department heads for manpower planningConduct HR interviews and reference checksPrepare offer letters, appointment letters, and on boarding documentationComplete employee on boarding and system entry in Odoo HRMS2. HR Operations & Odoo HRMS ManagementMaintain and update employee records in Odoo HRMSManage attendance, leave, and payroll data through OdooGenerate HR reports and dashboards from Odoo system.Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit) within OdooEnsure data accuracy and system compliance3. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievancesSupport employee engagement and performance management processesConduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlementsAssist in implementing HR policies and procedures4. Compliance & PayrollAssist in payroll processing using Odoo HRMSEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirementsMaintain confidentiality of employee recordsPrepare HR documentation and compliance reportsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-4 years of experience in HR operations.Hands-on experience with Odoo HRMS (Attendance, Payroll, Leaves, Employee Management modules).Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Libre/MS Office.High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:BBA/ MBA/ PGDM in HRExperience in payroll and statutory complianceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
