With deep domain knowledge of the aviation ecosystem, we offer end-to-end ground handling services such as passenger and baggage handling, ramp handling, aircraft interior cleaning, load control and flight operations, and cargo handling services for general, perishable, transshipment, express courier and special cargo.Role Purpose:Support the Procurement team in PO processing, invoice coordination, MIS reporting, and basic procurement analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and update Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP and track approvals.Assist in invoice verification, matching, and coordination with Finance.Maintain procurement trackers and MIS reports (PR/PO status, invoice status, vendor data).Support basic procurement analytics—spend data consolidation, vendor comparison, category reports.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation, follow‑ups, and issue resolution.Skills & RequirementsPursuing or completed MBA / Supply Chain / Engineering or similar.Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).Strong communication, follow‑up skills, and attention to detail.
