Internship - Quant Firm – Product & Investor Relations Analyst (Graduate / Early Career)Location: Bangalore/Dubai (for UAE residents)Duration: 6 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are a quantitative investment firm leveraging data science, systematic research, and cutting-edge AI tools to design and scale investment strategies. We have High Frequency, Mid Frequency and Low Frequency products, both absolute and directional. We mainly use futures and options trading but also do cash equity investing.We are seeking a highly motivated graduate or early-career professional to join us in a hybrid Product, Project Management, and Investor Relations role.This role is ideal for someone passionate about investments, quantitative strategies, and technology, who enjoys building efficient systems, managing projects end-to-end, and communicating complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.You will work closely with senior investment marketing and distribution professionals, taking real ownership from day one. The role is designed to develop future leaders who understand both how quant strategies are built and how they are positioned, scaled, and communicated to investors.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will take ownership across a broad set of initiatives, including:Product & Project ManagementSupport the development, documentation, and rollout of quantitative investment productsTranslate investment and research concepts into clear product narratives, decks, and reportsManage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination using modern project management toolsContinuously identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using AI and no-code/low-code toolsIncludes –PPMs, Client Database management, Third party (Preqin, HFR, etc) database management, Email Distribution list management, Partnership agreements and more tasks as the firm growsInvestor Relations & Client ExposureAssist in preparing investor materials including pitch decks, performance reports, factsheets, DDQs, Datarooms, and roadshow contentSupport investor communication, meeting preparation, and follow-upsMaintain and enhance CRM systems, leveraging AI-driven data enrichment and analyticsGain exposure to global institutional investors, family offices, and fund managersMarket ResearchUse AI tools or similar to:Create and update Peer group (for competitive analysis)Source competitor’s marketing materialsResearch international markets to source family office and HNI clientsResearch and create generic industry reports (e.g. Derivatives markets in India, China, Brazil, etc)Work with different internal teams (in Dubai and HQ) to learn and contribute in the growth of the firmWho We Are Looking ForMinimum RequirementsUndergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)Strong interest in quantitative investing, systematic strategies, and financial marketsHigh learning agility, ownership mindset, and intellectual curiosityPreferred AttributesPassion for technology, AI, and building scalable systemsAbility to balance analytical thinking with clear communicationComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsMarketing/Sales background a plusKey SkillsExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong writing and presentation skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern productivity toolsExposure to data analytics platforms, or AI tools is a plus (not mandatory)Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is an advantageWhat We OfferHands-on exposure to a professional quant investment platformDirect involvement in product management, investor engagement, and strategic initiativesContinuous feedback and mentorship from senior professionalsOpportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI and automation toolsStrong potential for full-time conversion for exceptional performersPotential relocation to Dubai with sponsorship Visa upon successful internship completionA genuine launchpad for a long-term career in quant investing, product management, or sales/marketing/investor relationsThis is more than a graduate role — it is an opportunity to help shape how a modern, AI-driven quantitative investment firm builds products, communicates with investors, and scales efficiently.
