Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor based in Delhi. The Client Advisor will oversee daily customer interactions, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, assisting with jewelry selection, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives.QualificationsStrong skills in Client Relations, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulationAbility to manage and address inquiries, complaints, and product-related requestsProactive approach to building trust and rapport with clientsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector is neededKeenness to learn about diamond jewelry products with details and nuances A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as marketing, business, or a related discipline is an advantageThis is a full time Monday-Saturday work from office opportunity from our store in Defence Colony Delhi please note.
