The organization is known for its innovative and functional design solutions that contribute to urban development and infrastructure.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a BIM Architect at our Gurugram office. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, preparing architectural and construction drawings, and ensuring the accuracy of project submittals. The role involves close collaboration with the design team and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural design and documentation.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings for designing and developing creative and functional spacesExpertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and techniquesSkills in preparing Construction Drawings and detailed SubmittalsStrong project management, organization, and collaboration skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldFamiliarity with urban design and large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
