As a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, we are on a mission to make the world a better place, one home at a time.About the roleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance Executive to effectively maintain and track primary & secondary claims, invoicing. Also responsible for monitoring & managing expenditure of assigned departments.Key Responsibilities● Manage invoicing by verifying pricing, margins, quantities, and stock availability● Create sales orders, generate invoices, and ensure month-end SO closure● Track advances and outstanding payments in coordination with Sales and Finance● Handle sales return claims including slow-moving and expiry stock● Upload sales returns in SAP and coordinate stock pickups and closures● Process expense statements as per approved guidelines● Follow up on timely submissions and deduct costs exceeding approvals● Coordinate with Finance for collections and outstanding balances● Liaise with Logistics for stock dispatches and availability● Support Sales Team with ledger and balance confirmations● Upload approved monthly pricing and share order forms with ASM/RSM teams● Coordinate sales projections versus dispatches and upload monthly projections● Manage packaging material dispatch and escalate warehouse stock shortages● Track dispatches and confirm stock receipt at SS/DB locations● Share weekly warehouse stock status updates● Manage POSM allocation and upload data in SAP● Maintain SS/DB address master records● Prepare sales return, dispatch, receipt, and Sales MIS reportsRequirements:● 3 - 8 years ofexperience in the FMCG company/distribution model is mandatory.● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.● Ability to analyse data and generate reports.● Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Location - AndheriCompany Website - -
