Job Description

We’re hiring a hands-on Link Building Analyst who can run scalable white-hat outreach and consistently acquire quality, niche-relevant backlinks for commercial landing pages and SEO content assets. You’ll combine outreach systems + smart prospecting + relationship building with a clear focus on authority, relevance, real traffic, and AI citation readiness (LLM / AI Overviews). What You’ll Own 1) Link Building Execution (Core) ● Build 50–60 live links/month (final target depends on quality bar + campaign type). ● Execute white-hat tactics: ○ Guest posts ○ Niche edits / link insertions (only on vetted sites) ○ Resource placements ○ Digital PR / editorial mentions ○ Relevant directories (SaaS/B2B only where it makes sense) ○ Thought leadership contributions ● Align link opportunities to target pages + keyword clusters and SEO roadmap. 2) Prospecting + Outreach Systems ● Build prospect lists and outreach sequences using: ○ Pitchbox (preferred) or equivalent outreach tools ○ Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz ○ Hunter / Snov / Apollo (or equivalent) ○ Google Sheets for trackers ● Use AI responsibly to scale: ○ Prospecting, enrichment, personalization ○ Outreach copy variations and follow-ups○ Competitor backlink gap research 3) Quality Control (Non-Negotiable) You must protect our domain and brand: ● No PBNs, link farms, spam sites, or shady networks● Contextual placements only, editorial-first mindset● Website vetting must include: ○ Relevance to niche ○ DR/DA check (benchmark typically 30+) ○ Real organic traffic signals (not just DR) ○ Spam footprint detection (outbound link patterns, thin content, network patterns) ○ Indexability of placement URL Ver.: 1.2 4) Anchor Strategy + Coordination ● Coordinate with the content team on:○ Guest post topics, outlines (if needed) ○ Anchor text planning and diversification: ■ Branded, partial match, commercial, generic ● Maintain safe link velocity and natural distribution. 5) Tracking + Reporting ● Maintain a clean link tracker with: ○ Live URL, target URL, anchor, DR/DA, traffic, placement type, follow-up status ● Monthly performance report: ○ Outreach volume, reply rate, placement rate ○ Link quality summary + key wins ○ Competitor gap insights (quick + actionable) Success Metrics (Monthly) ● 50–60 live links/month (quality-adjusted) ● 80%+ niche relevance ● Healthy outreach benchmarks (reply + placement rates tracked) ● Strong quality control: low rejection rate from QA, minimal link removals ● Link indexation/live monitoring discipline Required Experience ● 3–5 years in link building / off-page SEO (agency or in-house) ● Proven experience building links to: ○ Commercial pages, SaaS, B2B, service/solution pages ● Strong understanding of: Ver.: 1.2 ○ DR/DA vs real traffic quality ○ Anchor distribution, link velocity ○ Toxic link identification + risk filtering ● Excellent written English for outreach (we will test this) Tools (Must Have) ● Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz (strong working knowledge) ● Outreach platform experience: ○ Pitchbox preferred (or BuzzStream/Respona/Mailshake/Lemlist acceptable) ● Prospecting + enrichment: ○ Hunter/Snov/Apollo (or equivalent) ● Tracking: ○ Google Sheets/Excel
