Job Description

❌ Apparel/fashion Meta ads experience is mandatory. Agency generalists, lead gen, and eCommerce buyers outside of fashion need not apply. We've seen a lot of media buyers. Most of them are great at running ads. Very few actually understand fashion. We're not looking for someone who can manage a dashboard. We're looking for someone who has lived inside a DTC apparel brand, felt the pressure of a slow week, figured out why creative died, and scaled their way out of it.If that's been your life for the last few years, keep reading. The reality of this roleYou'll be managing $100k+ a month in Meta spend for a US-based DTC apparel brand. You'll own the number. Not contribute to it, not report on it — own it.That means you're thinking about MER, not just ROAS. You're watching inventory before you scale. You're briefing creative before fatigue hits, not after. You're the one who catches a bad week early and makes the call.We test a minimum of 20-30 new creatives a month. You'll be a core part of deciding what gets tested and why. What we need to see from youYou've managed at least $100k/month in Meta spend for a fashion or apparel brand. Not eCommerce broadly — fashion specifically. You understand that apparel creative works differently, burns differently, and needs to be fed constantly. You know your numbers. Spend, revenue, MER, CPA. Not roughly — specifically. We'll ask for them in the interview and we expect real answers. You've dealt with creative fatigue before and you have a system for staying ahead of it.This isn't the right role ifYour background is primarily lead gen, coaching, info products, crypto, or general eCommerce. We have nothing against those verticals but they don't translate to what we do here and we've learned that the hard way.Agency experience is fine but only if you had real ownership of results, not just account access.Nice to haveYou've scaled a brand from $100k to $500k+ a month. You've worked in gymwear, streetwear, or activewear. You have opinions about creative and you're not shy about sharing them. How to applySkip the cover letter. Send an email to  with answers to these four questions:Which apparel brand you ran ads forWhat your peak monthly spend wasWhat MER or CPA you were hittingOne decision you made that actually moved the needleNo numbers, no response. That's not us being harsh — it's just how we filter for the right person quickly.
