Hiring for a Leading Banking client in Mumbai Region.The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' investment objectives.ResponsibilitiesAcquisition of new customers to the Portfolio (NTB)Enhancement and deepening of the existing relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile and need of the customer.Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.Cross Selling Third-Party Products, Assets, Cards, etc.Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts.Error-free documentation for all account opening and all customer instructions (Stop payments, FD Closure, etc).Qualifications4-10 years' of client relationship experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAt least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalentGraduate/Professional Degree in any field.Job role in Retail Banking / Branch Operation or equivalent.Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets.AMFI Certification.NCFM Certification.
