You enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee's workplace performance in alliance with company's core values.Key ResponsibilitiesConsistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher trainingDemonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom trainingMaintaining Data and MIS as per training requirementSupports intra & inter function collaborationProactively best practices ideas from across locations to add valueContributes to process improvements and innovation in the training functionConducts Need analysis and shares feedback with stakeholdersMeeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targetsProviding Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft SkillsEssential qualifications and skillsGraduate in any discipline.
