Our work focuses on sustainability, community engagement, and long-term impact.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Resource Development & Outreach Manager who will play a key role in fundraising support, brand building, storytelling, and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys content creation and relationship-building, and wants to work at the intersection of CSR, communications, and social impact.Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Communications (Core Focus)Strengthen and articulate the Udbhav brand narrative (mission, vision, values)Manage and grow social media presence across platformsCreate engaging content: impact stories, student journeys, school updates, and campaignsCoordinate collection of photos, videos, testimonials, and success stories from schoolsSupport creation of newsletters, presentations, pitch decks, and donor communication materialFundraising & CSR SupportSupport fundraising efforts with corporates, CSR partners, foundations, and individual donorsAssist in preparing proposals, concept notes, and CSR documentationFollow up on donor leads and support relationship managementAccompany leadership in donor meetings and presentations as requiredResearch & StrategyResearch CSR trends, government schemes, and funding opportunitiesTrack policy updates relevant to education and CSRSupport strategic planning for short- and long-term resource mobilisation Events & OutreachAssist in organising events, awareness drives, school visits, and donor engagement activitiesUse festivals, national days, and milestones to amplify outreach and visibilityCoordinate with alumni, volunteers, and partners for campaigns and eventsKey Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsInterest or experience in branding, communications, fundraising, CSR, or the social sectorCreative thinker with storytelling abilityOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic nonprofit environmentAbility to engage with diverse stakeholders—schools, corporates, donors, and communitiesWhy Join Udbhav?Work closely with senior leadership and IIM alumniBuild hands-on experience in CSR, branding, and social impactSee your work translate directly into educational outcomes for childrenBe part of a growing, purpose-driven organisationTo apply:Please reach out with your CV and a motivation letter on why you’d like to work with Udbhav Schools to :Ms Kirti Narayan Tiwari-+91 9989847015/ contribute@
