Purpose of the role:Principal Analyst – Bonus Management & Operations is responsible to executes end-to-end bonus processing activities while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery. This role acts as a key liaison between Finance, Business Units, and external stakeholders, driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement within the Order to Cash (OTC) function.Ensure the delivery of operational performance in GCC/Zones on agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs. Adhere fully to MICS and audit compliance. Monitor month end close activities and ensure complete adherence to book closure timelines.Partner with stakeholders & other teams to identify improvements in the process across the zones and drive operations to fully.2. Key tasks & accountabilities:Bonus Processing & ComplianceOversee execution of bonus payouts in line with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.Ensure accurate documentation, approvals, and archival of bonus-related records to meet audit and compliance standards.Review and approve complex or high-value bonus calculations, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors.Establish strong controls to minimize financial, operational, and compliance risks.Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer FocusAct as the SME for Finance, Sales, Business Units, and external stakeholders on bonus-related matters.Proactively manage escalations, high-priority cases, and sensitive issues with urgency and accuracy.Ensure timely and effective resolution of queries and concerns related to bonus payouts and adjustments.Build trusted relationships with stakeholders by providing resolutions and RCA’s plus data-driven insights.Process Optimization & Performance ManagementContinuously assess bonus management workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization.Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs, tracking performance and proactively addressing potential risks or bottlenecks.Drive root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.Contribute to and lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving the OTC function and overall financial operations.Governance, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare and present operational metrics, trend analyses, and management reports to senior leadership.Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and accountability across the team.3.
