The Technical Lead will design, develop, and implement advanced building management systems, ensuring seamless system integrations and optimal performance. Responsibilities include managing system lifecycle, leading troubleshooting efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical documentation, and providing leadership in the execution of BMS projects. The role requires the individual to uphold high-quality standards and align with client needs and building requirements.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems, fire safety, and electronic security systemsExperience in system design, integration, and implementationProficiency in configuration, commissioning, and optimizing BMS solutionsStrong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance expertiseAbility to lead technical teams and manage project executionExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical aptitudeStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in deploying systems for sectors like data centers, healthcare, IT parks, or manufacturing is an added advantageBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent technical qualificationWhat you will DO Lead BMS system architecture, applications & integrations Own technical delivery across multiple fast-track projects Interface with clients, consultants & PMCs Guide FAT, SAT, commissioning & handover Mentor application & commissioning engineers Standardize engineering practices & drive innovationWhat We are Looking for 10–15+ years in BMS application engineering & deliveryStrong hands-on expertise in platforms like Siemens / Honeywell / Schneider / JCI / Tridium NiagaraDeep knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, IP networking & HVAC controlsExperience handling enterprise projects – IT parks, commercial buildings, data centers, healthcareLeadership mindset with strong communication skillsLocations: Benguluru & Hyderabadinterested May apply to hr@
