Job Role: US IT Recruiter (Direct Clients – Core IT) Experience: 1–6 Years Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore Job Description:We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 1–6 years of hands-on experience working exclusively with direct clients on Core IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle US IT recruitment and a solid understanding of the US staffing market. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions using direct client requirementsWork on Core IT roles such as Developers, Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and AdministratorsSource, screen, and submit qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methodsCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidatesManage candidate documentation, rate negotiation, and onboarding processesEnsure compliance with US staffing guidelines and recruitment best practices Required Skills & Qualifications:1–6 years of experience in US IT recruitmentProven experience working only with direct clientsStrong knowledge of Core IT technologiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. Preferred Skills:Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring modelsStrong understanding of US visa types and employment terms Sunrise Biztech Systems - A trusted name among Fortune 500 Companies and Government agencies across the United States of America.
