About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 5–7 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Partner with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documentation.Drive smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Employee Lifecycle ManagementMaintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.Support performance management cycles and documentation.Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, and applicable labor laws.Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.Employee Engagement & HR OperationsSupport employee engagement initiatives and organizational events.Address employee queries and provide HR advisory support.Maintain HRMIS data and generate periodic HR reports.Assist in HR audits and policy implementation.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.Required Skills & Competencies5–7 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Exposure to end-to-end HR operations.Competitive compensation and benefits.
