The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, addressing feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and resolve customer concerns efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer SatisfactionStrong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive customer relationshipsExperience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues effectivelyAnalytical Skills to assess and resolve customer inquiries systematicallyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a collaborative on-site work environmentPrior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
