We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead end-to-end video production for our content studio. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will translate brand and campaign briefs into high-quality, purpose-driven video assets while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure consistency, speed, and quality across all outputs.This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete video production lifecycle—from brief understanding to final deliveryTranslate brand, product, and campaign briefs into compelling video narrativesCollaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align output with business objectivesMaintain and elevate post-production standards across formats and platformsManage timelines, workflows, and delivery schedules efficientlyScale video output while maintaining quality across multiple content typesEnsure consistency in visual language, storytelling, and brand toneRequirements7–8 years of experience in video editing and post-productionStrong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual designExperience working with AI-assisted video creation tools and workflowsProficiency in video editing and motion graphics toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and tight timelinesStrong collaboration and communication skillsExperience working in a fast-paced, content-driven environmentThis is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.
