Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager in the tourism industry, located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team of travel professionals, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and tailored travel solutions. Responsibilities include managing branch performance, handling budgets, Team Handling with Individual performer, building B2C and B2B relationships, monitoring sales, and coordinating with the central office for seamless operations. The role includes offering leadership, training, and guidance to the team while ensuring efficient execution of travel services, compliance with industry standards, and achieving target objectives.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills to guide and motivate branch staff toward achieving performance and service excellence.Strong sales, marketing, and business development expertise with the ability to grow B2C. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, focusing on problem-solving and client satisfaction.Knowledge of the tourism industry, including international travel packages, visa processes, travel regulations, and customer travel preferences.Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and operational management to ensure sustainable branch performance.Familiarity with regional travel preferences, including Tamil-speaking clientele and South Indian markets.Bachelor’s degree in Travel/Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
