Together, let's shape the future of wealth management in India.Role Summary:The Branch Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations at the Groww AMC branch. This includes investor servicing, documentation, KYC/AML checks, transaction processing, and supporting sales teams to deliver a superior customer experience. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and process governance.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end branch operations including investor onboarding, documentation, KYC/AML verification, and transaction processing.• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all mutual fund operational activities.• Maintain high service standards through efficient query handling and customer support.• Ensure the branch is audit-ready at all times, maintaining proper records and documentation.• Adhere strictly to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.• Monitor operational risks and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.• Follow SOPs for branch operations and support periodic audits.• Assist sales teams with operational requirements to improve onboarding and investor experience.• Work closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, Sales and Customer Support.• Maintain operational dashboards, MIS reports, and error logs.Requirements:• Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred); MBA is a plus.• Strong understanding of mutual fund operations, KYC norms, and regulatory compliance.• Excellent communication, customer servicing, and coordination skills.• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
