What You’ll Do Support end-to-end recruitment forstartup and product-based clientsacross India. Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals. Engage with candidates to assess their interest, skills, and fit. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions with clients. Maintain candidate data and reports using internal tracking tools. Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and client managers on hiring projects. Learn and contribute toemployer branding, referral programs, and talent mappinginitiatives. What We’re Looking For Fresh graduates or candidates withup to 2 years of experiencein recruitment / HR / operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
