We’re Hiring: Finance Manager – Tiaraa GroupTiaraa Group, a growing hospitality brand with distinctive hotels and resorts in Jim Corbett, Bhimtal, Manali, and Rishikesh, is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Financial Controller to lead financial operations across our properties.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that believes in creating meaningful guest experiences while building strong, transparent financial foundations.Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all Tiaraa properties - Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and fund utilization - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and audits - Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and financial analysis for leadership - Coordinate with operations teams to drive cost efficiency and revenue optimization - Strengthen internal controls and financial SOPs across locationsWho We’re Looking For- 12+ years of finance experience in Hotels & Resorts (must have) - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance - Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced Excel - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Ability to work across multiple locations and teams - A proactive professional with leadership potentialWhat We Offer- Opportunity to shape finance strategy for a multi-location hospitality group - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture - Exposure to diverse markets and hotel operations - Compensation: ₹10 lacs per annum (CTC)Base Location: Jim CorbettIf you’re ready to grow with a brand that is expanding with purpose and passion, we’d love to hear from you.Apply at: gaurav.taneja@
