We specialize in end-to-end RCM, compliance-driven workflows, and high-performance operations across multiple specialties. As we scale our India operations, we are hiring a senior, hands-on RCM Operations Manager to lead delivery and execution.Role OverviewWe are looking for an RCM Operations Manager with 10+ years of proven U.S. Medical RCM experience. This is a leadership role, but not a desk-only position—the right candidate must be deeply hands-on and capable of managing end-to-end medical RCM independently.Strict requirement: Apply only if you have direct U.S. RCM experience.Dental RCM experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities• Own end-to-end U.S. Medical RCM operations (front-end to back-end)• Manage eligibility, authorizations, charge entry, coding coordination, claim submission, A/R, denials, and payment posting• Oversee and lead RCM teams; drive productivity, quality, and compliance• Perform hands-on work when required—especially escalations and complex cases• Build, refine, and enforce SOPs, KPIs, and QA processes• Drive A/R reduction, denial recovery, and cash acceleration strategies• Collaborate closely with U.S. leadership on delivery, reporting, and growth• Support StafGo in additional operational initiatives beyond RCM as needed• Act as a problem-solver and owner this is a self-driven leadership roleRequired Qualifications (Mandatory)• 10+ years of U.S. Medical RCM experience• Hands-on experience across entire medical RCM lifecycle• Experience working with multiple U.S. specialties (provider and/or hospital)• Strong understanding of U.S. insurance workflows, payers, and compliance• Prior experience leading and managing RCM teams• Excellent communication and escalation-handling skills• Ability to work independently in a remote setupPreferred / Added Advantage• Dental RCM experience (billing, A/R, denials, credentialing)• Experience scaling RCM operations• Exposure to audits, compliance, and performance reportingWhat We Offer• Full-time, remote role• Senior leadership opportunity with a fast-growing U.S. RCM company• High ownership and decision-making responsibility• Long-term growth path with StafGo Health• Competitive compensation based on experience⚠️ Please apply only if you have hands-on U.S. Medical RCM experience.
