Experience : 7+ YearsLocation : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, GurgaonMode : HybridResponsibilities:Test ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive test scripts, and test cases for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits module.Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing across benefit plan configurations.Validate eligibility rules, enrollment windows, life event processing, dependent/beneficiary management, and cost calculations.Test benefits integration with Payroll (SAP S4HANA ECP or third-party), carrier feeds (EDI/API), and other Employee Central modules (Personal Information, Job Information, Compensation).Defect ManagementLog, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.Provide clear and detailed defect documentation including steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots.Configuration Support & ValidationSupport the benefits configuration team by validating plan setup, eligibility groups, enrollment rules, and rate tables in SuccessFactors.Verify benefit plan rollover, open enrollment simulations, and annual enrollment processing.Ensure proper handling of benefit deductions, employer contributions, imputed income, and COBRA events.Validate data migration of legacy benefits data into Employee Central.Collaboration & DocumentationPartner closely with HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.Participate in requirements workshops, configuration reviews, and sprint ceremonies as applicable.Maintain thorough testing documentation, traceability matrices, and sign-off records.Support end-user training and knowledge transfer during the go-live and hypercare phases.
