With our distinctive tagline, “Naam ki nahi, Kaam ki Medicine,” we are driving a fundamental mindset shift in how India approaches healthcare.In August 2025, Truemeds raised $85M in Series C funding led by Accel and Peak XV Partners, with continued backing from WestBridge Capital and Info Edge Ventures — taking our valuation to $400M+.About the RoleAs Group Product Manager – Growth & App Experience, you will own the entire product driven customer acquisition funnel and end-to-end app experience - with a core focus on how to acquire more customers and how to ensure that their shopping journey is seamless.You will lead growth strategy and app experience optimization to build a scalable, product-led growth machine in a high-growth, Series-C environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Funnel OwnershipOwn the full funnel: Install → Onboarding → Activation → Repeat → RetentionDrive improvements in CAC efficiency, activation rate, retention cohorts, LTV, and churnIdentify and unlock scalable growth levers across conversion, engagement, and monetizationApp Experience ExcellenceDefine and optimize the end-to-end app journey across Android & iOSBuild frictionless onboarding, browsing, and checkout experiencesImprove personalization, product discovery, lifecycle nudges, and repeat purchase journeysDesign scalable growth loops (referrals, habit formation, reactivation flows)Experimentation & Data-Driven ExecutionBuild and lead a strong experimentation culture (A/B testing, multivariate tests)Use funnel, cohort, and behavioral analysis to prioritize roadmapEstablish growth dashboards and performance reporting frameworksTeam & Cross-Functional LeadershipLead and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on growth podsPartner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CRM teams to drive outcomesBalance short-term conversion gains with long-term retention and experience improvementsWhat You Will Need8+ years of total experience with 6+ years in Product Management in a tech-led consumer internet/ecommerce companyStrong experience owning acquisition, activation, retention, and product-led growth chartersDeep expertise in experimentation frameworks and funnel optimizationStrong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, SQL or similar tools)Good understanding of app architecture and how tech decisions impact UX and scalabilityExperience managing and mentoring Product ManagersExceptional first-principles problem solving with strong business and user intuition
