Job Description

Role Overview:The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for bringing skilled and best talent into the company, which includes identifying future hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media.What You will do:Collaborate with the HR manager and project managers to implement effective recruitment strategies for business and technology positionsEnsure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectivesIdentify the best mix of resources to source top talent using job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.Recommending processes improvement and closely aligning with the recruitment team goals to meet the company's continuously growing requirement for quality talent.Complete execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, phone interview, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administrationWork closely with hiring managers to develop profiles of required positions and understand overall needs for the position (description, salary, timing, expectations etc.)Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis, communicate early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.Offer Management including Document review, offer negotiations, reference checks, background verification and relationship management.Develop and manage the strong consultative relationship with hiring managers and candidatesAssess the candidates to ensure they meet the qualification requirements; their compatibility is aligned with the company's expectations, and they fit culturallyServe as an ambassador of the company when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professional while representing the companyIdeally, you have:2 — 4 years of proven experience in recruiting and deep understanding of recruiting processProficiency in using any applicant tracking system, recruiting software and candidate databasesStrong business and people acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.Excellent presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees including management executives and externalHighly detail-oriented and organized at workGood communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skillsA Post Graduate degree in a related field
