Job Title – Lead QA – Consumer Goods (CG Retail)Experience – 8-12 YearsEmployment Type – Full TimeQualification – B.E./ B.Tech / MCA (Full Time)Summary:We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Lead QA – Consumer Goods (Retail Focused) to lead quality assurance efforts across Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution implementations.The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Retail Execution, Field Sales, Store Audits, Visit Planning, Order Capture, Promotions Execution, and Distributor processes. This role will be responsible for defining QA strategy, leading test teams, ensuring end-to-end quality across integrations, and driving process excellence in Agile delivery environments.Key Responsibilities:· QA Strategy & Leadership:Define and own the QA strategy for CG Retail implementations.Lead and mentor QA team members across projects.Establish testing standards, governance models, and best practices.Drive risk-based testing and quality metrics reporting to leadership.· Test Planning & Design:Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to understand Retail Execution requirements.Develop comprehensive test plans covering:Retail Visit Planning & ExecutionStore Audits & SurveysPlanogram ComplianceOrder Capture & PricingPromotions ExecutionClaims & Settlement validationDesign functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT test strategies.· Test Execution & Validation:Oversee end-to-end testing across Consumer Goods Cloud Retail modules.Validate integrations between CG Cloud and ERP/DMS/POS systems.Ensure high-quality mobile testing (iOS & Android) for field sales applications.Review and approve test cases, execution results, and defect reports.Ensure regression coverage for enhancements and releases.Lead SIT and support business during UAT cycles.· Automation & Continuous Improvement:Identify automation opportunities in Retail workflows.Guide implementation of automation frameworks where feasible.Drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and defect management lifecycle.Stay current with Consumer Goods Cloud updates and retail best practices.· Stakeholder Management & Agile Delivery:Work closely with cross-functional teams across Business, Product, Architecture, and Development.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and release readiness reports.Act as the single point of contact for QA for Retail implementations.Qualifications:· Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.· Experience:8+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Consumer Goods / Retail Execution solutions.Proven experience leading QA teams in large-scale CG implementations.Strong understanding of:Retail Execution lifecycleField Sales MobilityDistributor ManagementPromotions & Trade ExecutionExperience in Mobile testing (iOS & Android).Strong integration testing experience across ERP, DMS, POS, and middleware platforms.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ADO, and test management tools.· Skills:Strong domain expertise in Consumer Goods Retail processes.Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.Strong analytical and root-cause analysis capability.High attention to detail and quality ownership mindset.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple releases and priorities simultaneously.Certifications (Preferred):Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Certification (preferred)Salesforce Administrator CertificationISTQB Certification (added advantage)
