The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts while ensuring high application quality, reliability, and performance in an Agile delivery environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and JavaDevelop and execute functional, regression, and integration test casesPerform performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunnerIdentify, log, and track defects through resolutionCollaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverablesParticipate in sprint planning, test planning, code reviews, and other Agile ceremoniesContinuously enhance automation coverage and improve testing efficiencyEnsure best practices in test automation and performance validationRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience in Automation TestingStrong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with JavaExperience in Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner or similar tools)Good understanding of test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, etc.)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Experience with Git or other version control systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a remote delivery modelGood to HaveAPI testing experience (Postman / Rest Assured)Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS/Azure)
