We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern with a knack for identifying top technical talent and the skills to engage them in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.If you have at least 6 months of recruiting experience, love the thrill of the close, and excel in both conversation and communication, this is your chance to help us scale our team—and your career.Role: TA InternLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time InternshipExperience Required: Minimum 6 months in talent acquisition or technical recruitingWhat You’ll DoPartner with hiring managers to source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across AI, DevOps, and engineering.Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for internships and early-career roles—from outreach to offer.Craft compelling outreach messages and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates.Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.Contribute to improving our recruitment processes and candidate experience in a fast-evolving environment.What You Bring (Core Requirements)6+ months of hands-on internship experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR—preferably in a tech or startup environment.Proven ability to manage and close technical roles, with an understanding of roles in AI, software development, or cloud engineering.Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage candidates authentically and professionally.High ownership and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools.Familiarity with tech stack terminology (AI/ML, cloud, DevOps) to better connect with candidates.A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine passion for recruiting and people operations.Why Techolution?You’ll join an award-winning AI innovation partner trusted by 300+ global clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
