You’ll manage the Video KYC team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every onboarding decision meets the highest quality and compliance standards.You’ll work closely with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure smooth verification journeys while protecting the bank from operational and regulatory risks.If you’re excited about building strong teams, solving operational challenges, and scaling compliant processes - this role is for you.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead the VKYC Operations EngineOwn the end-to-end VKYC operations function and ensure smooth daily execution.Manage team performance, productivity, adherence, and quality benchmarks.Drive roster planning, workload allocation, and capacity optimization to meet SLAs and TATs.Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases and operational challenges.Drive Compliance & Risk ExcellenceEnsure strict adherence to RBI guidelines and internal KYC policies.Monitor quality metrics and reduce error rates through strong governance.Identify process gaps, compliance risks, and repeat deviations - and fix them at the root.Partner closely with Credit, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen internal controls.Own Performance, MIS & ReportingTrack and optimize KPIs such as productivity, quality scores, approval rates, SLAs, and TATs.Own daily/weekly/monthly MIS and share actionable insights with leadership.Use data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.Build, Coach & Elevate the TeamLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing VKYC team.Conduct regular calibrations, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.Drive training initiatives to improve regulatory knowledge and customer handling skills.Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.What You'll Need:5–8 years of experience in VKYC / Banking Operations / Credit Operations with team handling experience.Strong understanding of RBI KYC regulations and Video KYC guidelines.Proven experience managing large teams and driving operational KPIs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risk signals and operational gaps.Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and MS Excel.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.A structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Life at slice:Life so good, you’d think we’re kidding:Competitive salaries.
